- What if My Account Info Changes?
- Log on with your username and password, and click on“My Account”, you will be able to change your personal information on "Edit My Profile", click "Save" upon completion.

- Go to“Log In”which is on the upper right of Homepage, please click on“forgot password” link located below the SIGN IN icon and follow the instructions.

- How Do I Check My Order Status?
- When your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Should you not receive a confirmation; please log on to your Asupply.com account to verify your order has been placed. As a registered user, you can view your order status by clicking on "My Account" and logging in with your username or email and password and then click on "Check Order Status"
- Return/Exchange Policy
- When you receive your item and are not satisfied with the product, you have 15 days from the ticketed date that is noted on the packing slip to return/exchange. If the return/exchange does not reach Asupply.com within 15 days of the ticket date, it will not be accepted and returned to you. All merchandise must be new and unused condition with original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. 15% Restocking fees are non-refundable.

- Your order ships through various warehouses, please email cs@asupply.com in order to obtain the warehouse address.
- Can I Modify or Cancel Orders?
- Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation Email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status with us. - Out of Stock Items
- Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out-of-stock" email notice and we will refund the amount charged to your credit card. Please note that you will only be charged for items that will be shipped

- From time to time, there may be information on Asupply.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
- Does Asupply.com Ship Internationally?
- As of right now, we are NOT taking international orders online, however you may send an email request to cs@asupply.com to specify your need. We will manually process your order provided credit card is acceptable for payment.
- How Long Does it Take to Process orders?
- Depending on when the order is placed, please refer to "Shipping Method" to see shipping options. We try our hardest to process orders as fast as possible. Orders placed Friday (after 11am) through Sunday will be sent out Monday afternoon.
- How Long Does Shipping Take?
- The time of shipping depends on the shipping option you choose. Please refer to "Shipping Method".
- How Long Does it Take for the Return Transaction to Be Made?
- Return Transaction takes 5~7 business days to proceed.
- What Happens if I Receive my Shipment and There is Damage?
- If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in shipping, sign for the package and note above your signature the word "damaged" or "open" and request that the delivery company inspect the package. If you found the damage after the delivery, please email to cs@asupply.com with a photo attachment indicating the damage. Please put email subject as Attn: Shipping Claim. Please include your Packing List Number (found on packing slip) and the name of the carrier that delivered the package. You MUST keep the damaged packaging until it is inspected by the carrier. Do not return the merchandise yourself, Asupply.com will process a claim and walk you through what to do next.
- Shipping Method
- UPS is our most frequently used carrier, orders placed Monday - Friday before 11.00 am PST will be processed the same day.
- Ordinary: Ground Shipping is the most cost-effective option is available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. After processing is complete, ground shipments usually arrive in 3~7 business days excluding holidays.
- Express: If you need your gear quickly, 2nd-Day UPS option usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days excluding holidays. 2nd-Day UPS is available for the Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Overnight: Do you have an item in emergency? No problem. Overnight UPS option usually arrive on the next business day excluding holidays.

What if My Credit Card is Denied? You will receive an error message if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You′ll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.
